Sherlock got back from running all over Europe, looking for the culprit who shot Mycroft. Almost two weeks of chasing this guy with minimal sleep and food, of course he’s exhausted~ Only a few days of rest in the hospital and he will be back to driving John crazy. (He’s in the middle of annoying Mycroft)
